FEES & RETAINER
OPTIONS
Dependent on my current client commitments, I can typically offer new clients weekly, monthly & annual consultancy and mentoring options. Retainers must cover (within reason) recurring known duties like calls, meetings, training, reporting, admin and channel management. Actionable tasks and project work can be deducted from retainers if sufficient hours are left. I will always request approval via a signed SOW (Statement Of Work) for any project or task I suspect will breach your retainer threshold.
Depending on availability, a retainer can be increased for a duration of time or on an ongoing basis. To reduce or cancel a retainer, a notice period of the retainer cycle (week, month or year) or two calendar months will need to be given... whichever is the smallest based on your retainer contract.
MPD will invoice at the beginning of the month for the previous month's retainers and ad-hoc project work completed. It will only include Weekly retainer hours if the week concludes (Friday) by the end of the month.
